Through a separate entrance you reach the upper floor of the house. Here the spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen is located. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and oven. The upper floor also offers a guest toilet.
Stairs lead down to one bedroom with en-suite shower and washbasin. Another bedroom is connected with the second bathroom and a children’s room. You have direct access to your private terrace with BBQ and the pool. The house is located in a huge park with about 8000 qm. Parking lots are available on the estate.
The apartment is endued with a washing machine, satellite TV and free WIFI is available in the whole house.

All rates plus tourist tax: 2.50 Euros per night/per person, to be paid on location. There is no tourist tax for children under 18.

The villa is a non-smoking house. Out of respect for following guests we kindly ask you for not smoking inside the house.
Rental period always starts saturdays within season (July-August).
Handover of the house will be not later than 10 a.m., arrival is possible from 5 p.m.
