Our apartments available from 5.00 p.m. on your day of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on your day of departure. Other arrangements according to prior agreement. Minimum rental term is 7 nights.
1. METHOD OF PAYMENT
As soon as you received your booking confirmation 25% of the rental price has to be transfered in advance. We send you the bank details with your booking confirmation. After incoming payments your booking is mandatory. The final payment (+200 Euro deposit) should be made at arrival day in cash. We do not accept credit cards or checks.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is free up to 3 month before arrival. Up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the complete rental price; Up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the rental price; the last week before arrival 90% of the complete rental price.
We recommend, to procure a travel cancellation expenses insurance.
3. ACCOUNTABILITY
The landlord assumes no liabilty for possible accidents in the house. If guests damage the house, the guests liability insurance is responsible for the caused damage; the guest is liable for all accompanying guests. If the guest does not have a liability insurance, he has to answer for the damage. A deposit is demanded to assure the costs of expected damages.
The renting takes place with complete inventory, including tableware. The renter commits himself to handle the house and its inventory with care, to report caused damages to the landlord and to pay for caused damages. At the end of the tenency the holiday house has to be handed over in same condition as at move in.
