Through a separate entrance you reach the upper floor of the house. Here you find the spacious living room and a dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and oven.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms as well as a guest toilet..
You have direct access to your terrace with your own BBQ. The house is located in a huge park with about 8000qm. A pool and parking lots are available on the estate.
The apartment is endued with a washing machine, satellite TV and free WIFI is available in the whole house.

The villa is a non-smoking house. Out of respect for following guests we kindly ask you for not smoking inside the house.
Rental period always starts saturdays within season (July-August).
Handover of the house will be not later than 10 a.m., arrival is possible from 5 p.m.
